Yeni     :           I do not have experience working because i am a new graduate

Annisa :           What is your motivation to join this company ?

Yeni     :           Because the position required by the company in accordance with my passion is the 

                     accountant and i am also interested to join in this company because i know this company

                        has a good reputation.

Annisa :           What skill do you have?

Yeni     :           I can speak english well, although i am not from majoring english and i

                        can operate microsoft word, excel and power point software.

Yeni    :           My weakness, i do not have work experience but i make sure i am able to 

                       work according to the science that i can place college.

Annisa :          Approximately how much salary do you want for each month?

Yeni     :          I wish i could receive a salary of about five million rupiah per month.

            At first my grandmother just wanted to check the health of himself in the hospital in Depok Sawangan area. The test results showed a disease that made my grandmother to be hospitalized. How shocked our family heard of it. Because initially only wanted to check the health of course but it turned out to be hospitalized. accompany our family day by day in the hospital to keep my grandmother is getting older age. The situation is very weak which makes us worried. The family who accompany sadness also viewed condition grandmother who wear hose here and there as a tool. And today it is the task of guarding mamahku grandmother in the hospital. I drove mamahku there since that day I will're off to college. Ikan Asin Muluskan Penyelundupan Sabu China ke Indonesia

        Berbagai macam cara digunakan gembong narkoba untuk menyusupkan sabu ke Indonesia. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan menyamarkan pengiriman dengan ikan asin.

Modus tersebut terungkap dalam praktik penyelundupan yang dilakukan sindikat Taiwan-Nigeria. 4 tersangka ditangkap berserta total barang bukti sabu seberat 14 kilogram.

   Keempat tersangka tersebut terdiri dari 2 pria warga Taiwan, LCW dan SZL, 1 pria berasal dari Nigeria berinisial NMB. Sementara satu tersangka lainnya merupakan wanita warga Indonesia berinisial KMN.

    Wakil Direktur Tindak Pidana Narkoba Bareskrim Polri Komisaris Besar Nugroho Aji mengatakan, beragam rute penyeludupan dilakukan oleh para pengedar, baik dari laut maupun udara.

Dalam pengungkapan kali ini, pihaknya mendapati sabu dimasukkan ke dalam 2 mesin bor "Satu bor berisi 2 kilogram dan satu lagi berisi 1 kilogram, mereka menyelundupkan melalui jalur pelabuhan tikus," beber Nugroho.

         Sindikat tersebut juga menyelundupkan sabu melalui jalur udara dengan cara menyimpan sabu dalam kotak yang berisi ikan asin. Paket tersebut dikirimkan dengan menggunakan jasa ekspedisi.

"Ada 2 tempat ikan asin. Masing-masing tempat berisi 1 kilogram sabu. Namun sebelum dikirim kita telah ketahui dan kita amankan barang tersebut," lanjut Nugroho.

Dia menambahkan, pihaknya akan bekerja sama dengan pihak lainnya untuk menekan angka peredaran sabu yang masuk ke Indonesia.

"Untuk ke depannya dan sebagai langkah antisipasi, kita sudah kerja sama dengan Bea Cukai, dengan BNN, dan juga dengan Polair," kata Nugroho.

Analisa :

        Subjek hukum adalah segala sesuatu yang pada dasarnya memiliki hak dan kewajiban dalam lalu lintas hukum. Pada kasus tersebut subyek hukum yang dimaksud adalah Wakil Direktur Tindak Pidana Narkoba Bareskrim Polri Komisaris Besar Nugroho Aji.

    Obyek hukum adalah segala sesuatu yang berada di dalam pengaturan hukum dan dapat dimanfaatkan oleh subyek hukum berdasarkan hak/kewajiban yang dimilikinya atas obyek hukum yang bersangkutan. Pada kasus tersebut obyek hukum yang dimaksud adalah barang narkotika berupa sabu yang diselundupkan dengan menyamarkan dengan ikan asin.

       Bea Cukai, BNN, Polair, dan Pihak berwenang setempat lebih memperketat barang yang akan masuk ke Indonesia agar dapat menekan angka peredaran sabu/narkotika yang masuk ke Indonesia.
